Staff Career Motivations Survey 2012

The SAC periodically surveys staff to understand changing needs, concerns and climate of employee satisfaction.

Fall 2011 Pacific Employee Career Growth Motivations Survey

In October of 2011 the Staff Advisory Council solicited input from staff regarding their thoughts and reactions to the climate at Pacific for career growth.  Nearly 120 staff members, both non-exempt and exempt, primarily from the Stockton and Sacramento campuses responded to the survey.  A driving factor for collecting this input were preparations for the November 11, 2011 Career Month keynote speaker, nationally known career expert and alumnus Susan Britton Whitcomb's  visit and talk on "Creating Career Security".  Several important takeaways were gleaned from the staff responses and the Staff Advisory Council Executive Board has shared these results with Human Resources, Training and, most importantly, in a recent meeting with President Eibeck.
