HelpDesk Support Service
The Pacific Technology helpdesks provide a centralized point of contact for technology and support to University faculty, staff and students at each University campus.
Requesting the service:
There are a number of ways to contact the campus helpdesks:
1. Online self-service portal to request help or report an issue through ServiceNow
2. Call or email the campus helpdesk:
a. SAC - 916.739.7325 or sachelpdesk@pacific.edu

c. STK - 209.946.7400 or ext. x67400 or helpdesk@pacific.edu
3. Walkup service is located at the Sacramento and Stockton Libraries and room 107 in San Francisco

Requesting the service:
If you send an e-mail, you will be contacted by a HelpDesk technician with a response time dependent upon the severity of the problem. If call volume is unusually high, your call may be transferred to voicemail. Please leave a message as this voicemail is checked many times throughout the day.
