Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership

The organizational leadership degree completion program aims to help students develop a basic understanding of the theories of leadership  and how to best implement changes in order to guide successful organizations. Courses cover topics such as leadership development, project management, communication, public relations, conflict management and social psychology.

Graduates of the Organizational Leadership program develop effective communication, critical thinking, ethical reasoning and leadership skills that are broadly applicable in a wide range of careers and industries. The concentration in Criminal Justice has been designed in consultation with professionals in the field, to provide students with skills and the degree they need to advance in to leadership positions in their field.

How It Works

The hybrid format allows for flexibility in offering some content online.                                      Finish in as few as 20 months with classes starting every 8 weeks.     There is a special reduced tuition for this program.                       

Choose between two different formats

Traditional/hybrid -  Class on campus two weekday evenings each week, with additional online course work you can fit into your own schedule.

 Residency – Primarily online, with on-campus class meetings on the weekends to start and end each 8-week term.

Who Should Apply

  • Working adult students looking to finish their bachelor degree.
  • New students will ideally have at least 66 units of college coursework before entering the program.
  • Students with fewer units may be admitted with the understanding that they will need to take additional courses beyond those required by the Organizational Leadership degree program to complete their graduation requirements.
  • This program is not open to current Pacific students.
