Faculty salary equity brown bag talks begin Apr. 30

Apr 25, 2018

Come learn more about the work that has been completed over the past year to examine faculty salary equity. Provost Maria Pallavicini and members of the Faculty Compensation Committee are hosting brown bag sessions on all three campuses to discuss the Tenured/Tenure-Track Faculty Salary Equity Analysis.

The Tenured/Tenure-Track Faculty Salary Equity Analysis summarizes the work undertaken during the past year to explore whether salary inequities occur amongst the faculty and to explore the differential basis for individual and group salaries. The analysis can be found on the Faculty Resources web page.

The Provost would like to acknowledge the members of the Faculty Compensation Committee for working so diligently with Faculty Affairs and Institutional Research on the equity analysis. This was a challenging topic and, while there were constraints, the positive collaboration is deeply appreciated.

Brown Bag sessions:

Stockton: April 30, 12:30 p.m., Grace Covell Hall
Sacramento: May 17, Noon, Classroom C
San Francisco: May 31, 1 p.m., Conference Room 514
