Five faculty members were recognized at Annual Faculty Awards Recognition Reception
On Wednesday, Dec. 6, Pacific honored five faculty members for their exemplary teaching, scholarship and service at Pacific at the annual Faculty Awards Recognition Reception. The awards presented that night were:
Faculty Research Lecturer
The Faculty Research Lecturer award was established by the Faculty Research Committee to recognize faculty with a record of meritorious research or artistic contributions during their service at the University.

United Methodist University Scholar/Teacher of the Year
The University Scholar/Teacher of the Year Award of the General Board of Higher Education and Ministry of The United Methodist Church recognizes outstanding faculty members for their dedication and contributions to the learning arts and their institutions. Selection is based on exceptional teaching, concern for students and colleagues, scholarly contribution and high professional and personal standards.

Eberhardt Teacher/Scholar Award
The Eberhardt Teacher-Scholar Awards recognize both exemplary teaching and scholarship.
