Pacific Technology thanks survey participants

Thank you to the members of the university community who participated in Pacific Technology's customer satisfaction survey. Your feedback will help us improve how we plan, support and utilize technology at Pacific.

We are just now starting to analyze the survey responses and develop an action plan based on the results. Once the data is finalized, the results will be shared with the entire university. In addition, Pacific Technology will be meeting with groups, such as the Information Strategy and Policy Committee, to discuss plans to improve our strategy and performance and address any areas of opportunity.
