Crime reports and information
In compliance with federal law, University of the Pacific prepares an annual report on campus security and fire safety programs and services, commonly known as a "Clery Report" as it is a key requirement of the federal Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act.
This report is prepared with data and information provided by the Pacific Police Department (PacificPD), the Office of the Dean of Students, including Student Conduct and Community Standards, Environmental Health and Safety, the Title IX Coordinator, campus security authorities, and various law enforcement agencies that provide services to Pacific properties within their jurisdictions.
