Enrollment Reports

Regarding reporting UOP International students:
UOP International (UOPI) students are included in all external reporting. This includes all reporting done for the Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS), the Common Data Set (CDS), other external agencies, and our publically facing institutional Fast Facts.

For internal reporting, UOP International students currently enrolled in an accelerator program are broken out from our official figures. Their data are available at the bottom on this page, or by clicking here. These students are not included in other static internal reports (i.e., Fact Book, PDF documents), admissions dashboards, or enrollment dashboards. However, they are included in all course reporting. UOPI students that have completed their accelerator program and are currently enrolled at Pacific are included in all internal reporting. Enrollment Reports	Description of Reports
Enrollment by Level by Class by Student Fall: 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018* Spring: 2016, 2017, 2018*	Dashboard includes a headcount of all enrolled students at Pacific as of October 1 broken out by Level (i.e. Undergraduate, Graduate, Professional) by Class (e.g. Freshmen, Sophomore) and by Student Type (e.g. New Freshmen, Continuing). Includes the Stockton, Pharmacy, Law Fall terms and the Dental Summer quarter. Headcount is unduplicated. NOTE: For Spring 2018 and Fall 2018, this report defaults to only include Non-UOPI students. Official reporting includes Non-UOPI students and Integrated Accelerator students. Users may use the UOPI Indicator to filter out the desired subset of students based on UOPI enrollment. *The Spring 2018 and Fall 2018 reports show registrations as of today's date, totals do not reflect the census.

Enrollment by Major Fall: 20 15, 2016, 2017, 2018* Spring: 2016, 2017, 2018*	Dashboards includes all enrolled students at Pacific as of October 1 broken out by Level (i.e. Undergraduate, Graduate, Professional) and by Major (e.g., Communication). Terms included are the Stockton, Pharmacy, Law Fall terms and the Dental Summer quarter. Headcount is duplicated. That is, if a student is in more than one major they will be counted in this report more than once. NOTE: For Spring 2018 and Fall 2018, this report defaults to only include Non-UOPI students. Official reporting includes Non-UOPI students and Integrated Accelerator students. Campus Enrollment Detail Fall: 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017	Headcount by college, student level, gender, and ethnicity as of October 1. Also provides new student enrollment by level for all three campuses. NOTE: These reports DO NOT include UOP International students who are still enrolled in an accelerator. UOP International students who have completed their accelerator program are included in these figures.
Fall Enrollment Trends By Student Type: Fall 2010-2017 By Class: Fall 2010-2017	Historical enrollment trends by campus and by level as of October 1. Reports are available by class (e.g., freshmen, sophomore, junior, senior) or by student type (e.g., new, re-admitted, continuing) for all student levels at all 3 campuses. For new student enrollment trends, use the report that is by Student Type. NOTE: These reports DO NOT include UOP International students who are still enrolled in an accelerator. UOP International students who have completed their accelerator program are included in these figures.
Pacific Enrollment Demographics Fall: 2016, 2017	University wide enrollment breakdown as of October 1 by: Level, College, Major, Gender, and Ethnicity. NOTE: This reports DOES NOT include UOP International students who are still enrolled in an accelerator. UOP International students who have completed their accelerator program are included in these figures.
