C. Emmett Mahle | Attorney at Law | Professor of Practice, Cybersecurity Law and Policy | cmahle@pacific.edu
Emmett Mahle is a veteran trial lawyer in Sacramento in both the federal and state court systems with over 100 completed jury trials over 25 years of practice. Prior to private practice, he was an Assistant District Attorney in Modesto, California. He is a 1967 graduate of West Point, from where he holds a BS in Civil Engineering and also holds an MBA from Central Michigan University. He is a retired Infantry Colonel in the Army Reserve having seen combat duty in Vietnam in 1970. He is a graduate of the U.S. Army's Airborne, Ranger, Pathfinder, and Green Beret Schools, and also attended the Army War College. He comes to us having taught The Law of Armed Conflict and Legal Writing at Pacific's McGeorge School of Law, his alma mater.
