Q: What made you want to study biology?

A: I chose to study Biology because of an introductory Biology GE course I took my very first semester. After that class I was hooked and wanted to learn all I could!

Q: Why did you decide to come to Pacific?

A: I chose Pacific because I wanted to be able to have a relationship with my professors and I loved how beautiful our campus is.

Q: Describe the types of research projects you've worked on in the Biology department.

A: Under Dr. Stahlschmidt I've worked on various physiological trade-off projects as well as figuring out the resource types different animals prefer through the study of ants.

Q: What advice would you give to someone who wants to study Biology at Pacific?

A: What I'd tell someone who wanted my advice is to study, study, study because we have a very rigorous, yet rewarding program.
