Procurement Services is committed to building and maintaining a mutually beneficial business relationships between the university and its many suppliers to create multi-campus contract opportunities.
- Committed to help prospective suppliers by identifying potential bid opportunities, connecting them with university departments.
- Assist vendors, staff, faculty and student groups to understand university policies, process and bidding procedures aligned with the procurement process.
- As a partner to departments we assist to qualify bidders, prepare competitive bid documents, coordinate the complexities of the RFP/bid process, and analyze supplier bid responses.
- Identify opportunities to contribute to student success through collaborative partnerships to establish scholarship, internship and institutional revenue generating opportunities.
- Encourage process improvement and cost savings opportunities to enable better negotiated contracts into the future.

It is suggested to establish contact with the Procurement office by submitting an Interest Form. Even if you’ve been contacted directly by a faculty or staff member, make sure to review New Supplier and Supplier Basics before any goods or services are contracted or completed. Following university policies and procedures will save you time and effort and ensure timely payment later. We value our business partnerships.
