Update on People Admin software issue

For People Admin Users:  You may be experiencing an issue in People Admin since the April 28, 2016, system update. We understand that People Admin is not able to provide resolution for this problem but provided some guidelines to their users.

Before the update you could hover your mouse over the orange "Take Action" box, the drop down menu would appear, and you could move your mouse down/up to select an item from the drop down menu.  After the update, when you hover your mouse over the "Take Action" box, the drop down menu appears but when you move your mouse to select an item the menu disappears. 

People Admin has offered the following resolution: Clear your web browser cache, following the instructions at this link:

This resolution seems to be effective. Remember to clear all browsers that you may use.
