Staff Survey Actions Task Force
The Staff Survey Actions Task Force was formed following University of the Pacific's Staff Climate Survey in spring 2015. Including representatives from across campuses and divisions, the task force is charged by President Eibeck to make recommendations to the president's cabinet about actions the university can take to enhance the Pacific Experience for staff. The task force will solicit and review feedback from staff at all levels on all campuses in four areas identified by the survey as needing improvement: communication, morale, resources and cross-divisional collaboration.

Timeline
Over the next several months, the task force will meet to review feedback from the university community and discuss how the university can address staff concerns as identified in the staff climate survey as needing improvement. There will also be open forums for staff to attend and provide feedback on recommendations.
