Wellness Walk for faculty and staff

Pacific's wellness team offers faculty and staff a great opportunity to start your year off well: Walk, relax, win!

Walk - Relax - Win, with the Pacific Wellnes Walk Feb. 1 to April 1

  • Pick up your walking & relaxation workshop punch cards and pedometer at the Baun Fitness Center.
  • Choose to walk 5,000, 7,500 or 10,000 daily steps per week.
  • Gather with a friend, groups of colleagues or by yourself.
  • A walking group will be leaving daily at noon in front of the DeRosa University Center.
  • After you complete a week of walking, get your card punched at Baun and drop it in the raffle by 10 a.m. each Monday morning.

Also take advantage of Relaxation/Mindfulness workshops offered by Liz Thompson, Pacific's director of wellness. Go to ONE workshop and get your entire card hole-punched to enter into the raffle.

Feb.  9 Noon - 12:45 p.m.  DeRosa University Center 211 A & B
Feb. 25 4 p.m. - 4:45 p.m.  Baun Hall
Mar. 10 2 p.m. - 2:45 p.m.  DeRosa University Center 211 A & B
Mar. 23 3 p.m. - 3:45 p.m.  DeRosa University Center 211 A & B
