Overview
Program Purpose: To Prepare Creative, Flexible, and Caring Professionals who Lead the Development of People, Performance, and Organizations
Our curriculum is practical and represents cutting-edge practice. The program is designed around real-world competency models from professional associations. We've also woven design and creativity principles throughout our curriculum.
The courses are designed around six broad program goals:
• Investigate Performance Gap
• Develop Change Processes
• Facilitate Change
• Evaluate Outcomes
• Integrate Foundational Knowledge and Skills
• Lead in an Ethical and Socially-Responsible Manner
You will meet each program goal through completing real-world projects in each course.
