December is known to be one of the busiest and stressful months of the year.  Between work demands, hectic schedules and maintaining relationships, there are bound to be moments that are difficult to handle.  

Try one of the following small but simple activities to clear your head and calm you down as we approach the holidays. 

  1. Sing
  2. Write in a Journal
  3. Take a walk
  4. Laugh
  5. Make plans for something fun
  6. Take a hot bath
  7. Spend time doing something you love
