About Us

Procurement Services supports the Pacific Community with the strategic sourcing of necessary supplies, equipment and services. We strive to accomplish this in the most cost-effective way within acceptable standards of quality and service, while adhering to standard ethical purchasing practices. The scope of strategic sourcing extends beyond price and takes into account the total cost of acquisition.  Our goal is to optimize supplier relationships, leverage the entire organization's spend, share best practices, and develop & implement contracts for the entire University.

Guest Parking:  Campus visitors of Procurement Services are encouraged to request a temporary parking permit from our front desk staff upon arrival.  Parking is suggested in Parking Lot 6 near Baun Fitness.  Citations will be enforced in 'A' permit designations along Stagg Way.
