Program overview
Pacific's Evening Degree program allows you to get a Bachelor of Science Degree in 20 months without sacrificing your day job! The goal of the program is to give adult students the critical thinking leadership, human resources, financial management and decision making skills required to lead companies in the 21st century.

The Evening Degree Completion Program is designed to meet the work schedules of adult learners wanting to earn their Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Behavior. A new cohort begins every fall focusing on those talents and skills that leaders need in order to succeed and thrive in today's knowledge economy. Classes run from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday and Thursday nights and are held at the University's Center for Professional and Continuing Education building (1776 W. March Lane, Suite 290, Stockton, CA).

The Organizational Behavior major is an intensified program consisting of 54 units of coursework to be applied toward the 124 units required for the Bachelor of Science degree.

  • 20-month degree program.
  • 2 courses taken every eight weeks.
  • 4 hour class sessions taken twice a week.
  • Each course is worth 3 units.
  • 12 units of credit completed every traditional semester

Courses are taught by faculty members whose academic credentials and expertise make them leaders in their respective fields.

Their teaching methods include a variety of formats, among them group discussions of case studies.

Students, in turn, bring issues from the workplace into the classroom, where theoretical concepts are given practical applications in decision-making and problem solving situations.
