Mallisa Baumsteiger is a Project Manager in Enrollment Management.

Ellie Benton, Records Coordinator, will join the Pharmacy Department to support the PharmD admissions.

Verena Boga and Shyane Nash are Behavior Analysts in the Community Reentry Program in the College of the Pacific Department of Psychology.

Jared Gaynor has been promoted to Chief of Staff in the Office of the Provost.

Erika Greet is an Administrative Assistant II in the Office of the Provost.

Anthony Kingery is a Web Developer in the Office of Admission.

Kelsey Penner is a Doctoral Psychology Intern in Counseling Services.

Pamela Posey is the University Center Manager for Distributed Learning on the San Francisco Campus.

Paul Rapp is the new Associate Director of Academic Communications in the Office of the Provost.

Ruby Roman is a Records Coordinator II in the Office of Admission.

Carmen Simmons is an Administrative Assistant II in Thomas J. Long School of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.

Angie Tan transferred to the position of Financial Aid Specialist.  

Kimberly Whitesides transferred to the position of Administrative Assistant II in the Thomas J. Long School of Pharmancy and Health Sciences.

Business and Finance

Rosalina Campos Flores and Steven Staggs are Custodians, Group I, in Physical Plant.

Julie Ness was promoted to Senior Financial Reporting Analyst.

Student Life

Kimberlee DeRushia was promoted to Associate/Training Director in Counseling Services.

Marc Falkenstein has been appointed as the new Director of Pacific Recreation in Student Life. Falkenstein comes to Pacific from Union WELL Inc. at Sacramento State University, where he has served since 2010, most recently as Assistant Director for Facilities and Intramural Sports. Prior to The WELL, he coordinated intramural sports at the University of Florida. He brings a breadth of experience in experiential education, intramural sports, club sports, programming, strategic planning, policy development, assessment and dedication to his new role. He holds a Master of Science in Recreation Administration from California State University's College of Health and Human Sciences. He began in his new role Aug. 24.

Christy Lenzi was promoted to Administrative Assistant II in Housing and Greek Life.

Brian Louie and Goldie VanHeel are Doctoral Psychology Interns in Counseling Services.

Charity Torres is a Student Insurance Coordinator in Health Services.

Development and Alumni Relations

Maria Cordero is an Administrative Assistant II in Donor Relations.

Michelle Gretsinger is a new Development Writer in University Development and Alumni Relations.


Hannah Baber is an Athletics Marketing and Promotions Assistant.

Christina Brekelmans and Ernest DeLosAngeles are Assistant Directors of Athletic Training.

Caitlin DeNise is an Assistant Swimming Coach Intern.

Spencer Humphrey is an Athletics Performance Intern.

Noah Jackson is an Assistant Baseball Coach. Jackson comes to Pacific after spending one season as a volunteer assistant coach at Cal during the 2015 season. Previously, he spent time in the San Diego Padres organization as a professional scout and played minor league baseball for the Chicago Cubs organization for two years.

Curran McCauley and Matthew Swanson are Athletics Media Relations Interns.

Michael Reuvekamp is an Assistant Baseball Coach. Reuvekamp comes to the Tigers after spending one year as Cal's student coach in 2015. Prior to joining the coaching staff at Cal, Reuvekamp played three seasons for the Golden Bears from 2012-14. He was a two-time Pac-12 honorable mention All-Academic selection and as a junior in 2013 had three game-winning hits for the Bears.

Joe Wortmann was promoted to Associate Head Coach of the Pacific volleyball team. Wortmann, in his second season with the women, joined Head Coach Greg Gibbons' staff prior to the 2015 season after 22 years as the head coach of Pacific's men's volleyball team. Wortmann was a two-time Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Coach of the Year as he was named the top coach in both 1996 and 2003.
