Faculty Advisory: Registration holds on students non-compliant with immunization policy

Pacific Health Services has placed registration holds on all students who are non-compliant with the University’s immunization policy and/or have not paid the immunization late fee
Mar 19, 2015

All students with holds have been sent an email to their student email accounts.

Postcards were mailed to affected students' permanent address, which should have arrived during spring break.

In addition, all non-compliant students have been sent a secure message that sends out a notification to their student email account. All students, who were non-compliant in early February, received detailed secure messages about their deficiencies.

Students with holds are not able to see the fall schedule, nor are they be able to register for summer or fall classes until the immunization requirements are fulfilled and the late fee is paid.

Students who used spring break collect their immunization records or get the deficiencies completed should turn in their information to Pacific Health services at the earliest opportunity so the holds can be released.

For questions regarding immunizations, call 209.946.2315, option 5, or email
