Open enrollment next steps

Now that Open Enrollment is over you may have a few questions about what to expect next. The following highlights a few areas you may have questions about.

Verify your 2015 benefit enrollment on insidePacific.

To verify your 2015 benefit elections log into insidePacific, select the Administrative tab, go to the Administrative Services channel and select the "click here to" link.  Then select the Employee link and Benefits and Deductions.  From there, you have an assortment of options to view your benefits including your personal Benefits Statement!

After reviewing your statement should you need corrections please forward them to your Human Resources department or e-mail by Thursday, Jan. 15. After Jan. 15, you can make changes only if you have a qualifying event.

Make the most of your 2015 benefits and register online!

Pacific EPO, Pacific PPO and Pacific PPO-High-Deductible and Flexible Spending Account plan members should have received membership cards in the mail. If you have not received your health care identification card:

  • Call Delta Health Systems at 1-888-212-1231 and ask for your membership ID number.
  • Use your Membership ID to log onto Delta Health Systems and access eligibility and benefit information and print a temporary identification card.
  • Provide your membership ID beginning with 475 to your providers.
  • Contact WellDyneRx or by calling 888-479-2000 to set up/transfer mail order prescriptions.

New Kaiser members will receive ID cards in the mail. Kaiser Members can register at Vision plan access is available at and Delta Dental plan information at

Flex Benefits

If you enrolled in flex benefits for 2015, a FlexAmerica debit card should have been mailed to you for use beginning Jan. 1, 2015. If you did not receive one, you can call Delta Health Systems at 1.888.478.7331. Beginning Jan. 1, send your 2014 claim reimbursement requests to Delta Health System by logging onto Delta Health Systems.
