Dear Members of the Academic Division,
Happy New Year! From myself and everyone on my staff, we hope you had a wonderful holiday season.
As the new semester begins, I would like to thank each of you for the dedication you have shown and hard work you have undertaken in creating a better Pacific during 2014. Whether through the Academic Planning and Alignment process or continuing work developing the Academic Plan, you have shown a willingness to invest back into our institution. It's that additional investment and dedication that will help Pacific grow into our vision of Pacific 2020. Thank you.
As a result of this hard work, exciting things are happening at Pacific. Our Academic Plan is nearing its end of development, some exciting new academic programs will be added to our offerings, and updated support systems for both student as well as faculty success are being built. Details on each of these items will be shared through upcoming editions of the Academic Division Newsletter as they are finalized.
