Open enrollment reminder for previous Anthem Blue Cross participants

As a reminder for those who were previously enrolled in an Anthem Blue Cross health plan, all Anthem Blue Cross plans (Anthem Point of Services, Anthem HMO, Anthem PPO and Anthem Medicare Supplement) will end as of January 1, 2105. Previous participants will need to enroll in a new plan.

Note: The new plans allow for continued use of Anthem networks and expand the network options for all HMO participants.
