Faculty--Please help remind students of importance of complying with immunization requirements

Student immunization documentation must be submitted by Nov. 15 to avoid a hold on records and a $100 fine.
Oct 22, 2014

Pacific Health Services is in the midst of enforcing the University's student immunization policy and asks that faculty assist in reminding students of the importance of complying with the  policy.

Could you please announce in all of your classes that all students must complete the immunization requirements by November 15, 2014, or they will be assessed a $100 late fee and have a hold put on their record? Students should go to MyHealth@Pacific and check their records. The portal and all information about the requirements can be found at Students should check their records and secure messages to make sure they have completed all of the requirements. Turning in an immunization record does not necessarily mean that all requirements have been satisfied. Pacific Health Services would greatly appreciate your help in disseminating this information in as many ways as you can.

This policy is in place to protect the Pacific community from outbreaks of infectious diseases, to meet the requirements of some academic programs and to ensure Pacific is meeting the gold standard of care set forth by the CDC, the State of California and other health organizations.

For complete information and FAQ, students should visit the immunization compliance page on the student health services website at
