Pacific Kitchen Co-op
The Pacific Kitchen Co-op is an on-campus apartment with a fully equipped kitchen that is available for use by students, staff, faculty, clubs and organizations. It is a space to create healthy meals in a fun, close location. Use it to cook a favorite meal, cook dinner for a date, host dinner and a movie night, bake cookies with a group of friends, or spice up your group meetings!
How it works
All Pacific students may make one reservation for free per semester. Follow the instructions on the Reserve the Co-op page. After your first reservation for the semester, reservations will cost $5 each.
Members pay a $35-$40 annual fee. Members can then reserve and use the space whenever they would like. We do ask that reservations be made 5 days ahead of time.
How it started
The Kitchen Co-op was established in 2014 as a collaborative project between Housing, PacWell, Sustaining Pacific, and Bon Appetit. It first started as a two year pilot program funded through the Sustainability Project Investment Fund (SPIF). It is now supported through membership fees.
For more information on membership, reservations or the space and available resources, use the navigation bars on the left.
Location
The Pacific Kitchen Co-op is located off of Pacific Avenue at 662 Dave Brubeck Way, directly across the street from the library. Non-permitted parking is available on Dave Brubeck Way and Dwight Way and if after 6 PM, parking is allowed in any Permited A, B, or C space.
