Every year the Volunteer Center selects a new team of 10-15 volunteer service leaders called Pacific Action Leaders (PALs) whom are responsible for being an integral part of our volunteer program. PALs are expected to take on a leadership role by assisting with leading, facilitating, supervising volunteer outings as well as having opportunities to create a variety of workshops and events to support our local community. PALs also develop additional leadership skills via public speaking, marketing, community collaboration and project management.
