During these three sessions, you will have the opportunity to learn from a Certified Project Manager about the language, tools and process of project management!

Learning Objectives

Gain support for project success by attending this three course Project Management series designed for participants to: 

  • Identify all the people involved in a project and define their roles
  • Develop a project plan charting the path for success
  • Execute the project management process from start to finish

Series

In this Project Management three part series you start with Starting with a Big Bang, to Aligning the Stars and finish with The Voyage Home.

Part I | Starting with a Big Bang: Discover how to start your project saving you time and reducing problems.  You will gain support for your project making it easier for you succeed.  

Part II | Aligning the Stars:  Learn how to create a plan of action for you and your team.  Discover how to identify tasks so nothing is forgotten.  Find out how to uncover opportunities and reveal hidden risks.  

Part III | The Voyage Home: Understand the process from beginning to end noting key responsiblities, assignments, checkpoints and most importantly, how to close a project.

Who Should Attend?

Individuals who are new to project management, "accidental" project managers or anyone part of a team involved in the planning and executing of a project, as well as, experienced project managers looking to review current tools, techniques and process.
