Care Managers support Pacific students by providing goal oriented advocacy and guidance to assist students in overcoming personal or educational challenges. As a part of the Office of the Dean of Students, Care Managers play a primary role in managing student referrals, case assessment and intervention, crisis prevention, as well as the management of various student issues, including personal and medical emergencies. Our goal is to empower students to find solutions to the obstacles they may encounter while at Pacific and to help educate them on ways they can holistically succeed and thrive.

How to Connect with a Care Manager
Care Managers are available to speak with students over phone, video or email. Students may contact us to schedule an appointment or reach out during our office hours for same-day assistance.
