Event Planning

From inspiring speakers to crowd-moving performances, events are part of Pacific's social and cultural fabric. Campus events allow students and community members to connect with each other, and bring an undeniable energy to campus life. However, planning a large-scale event can seem like a daunting process, and it's easy to get overwhelmed in the initial stages.

The Office of Marketing and Communications has compiled event planning information, resources and advice to ensure that your event is successful and well-attended.

**Please note that much of the information with this event planning guide applies to internally produced events, i.e. events planned by Pacific departments, programs, offices, and student groups. If you are an external community member looking for information on hosting your conference, wedding, or charitable event at Pacific, please contact the Office of Conference Services.
