About the Toolkit
Pacific eLearning Hybrid Toolkit is provided and maintained by the Pacific e-learning initiative and and the Center for Professional and Continuing Education (CPCE) as a place to collect and distribute the growing number of resources available to professors interested in either teaching online or finding ways that educational technology can help teach more effectively.
Faculty participation
this site is meant to be the start of a conversation, and it needs your help to grow. We are always looking for new ideas and best practices that can be shared with other faculty. Often, we as faculty don't talk to each other enough about the practice of teaching. Many of the limitations in online teaching are not a result of technology but of a lack of communication amongst our peers. One advantage of teaching online is that the courses that we create an the assets we use can be easily shared. If you have a best practice, an idea, research, or course site that you would like to share, please contact Dr. Donald Jordan at djordan@pacific.edu.
