Event Signage Services
Conference Services offers event and directional signage service for campus departments hosting special events at minimal costs. This service includes the creation of event/directional signage and the placement of A-frames with event and directional signage to guide the campus community and invited guests to campus events.
To utilize this service, please complete a SR-1 form (attached) and email the completed form to jtalaman@pacific.edu or fax 209.946.2317. Requests must be made a minimum of 5 days prior to your event. Requests without the SR-1 form will not be processed.
There are 3 signage packages to choose from to meet your special event needs.
Option A - Self Service - requesting use of A-frames only
Under this option, the hosting department is responsible for:
• The creation and printing of event/directional signs
• Picking up A-Frame signs from the DeRosa Center
• Placement of the A-Frames around campus
• Returning the A-Frames back to the DeRosa Center within 1 hour of the event's conclusion
There is no charge for this service however, should A-frames not be returned by the assigned time, a $15 fee per unreturned A-frame will be assessed to the hosting department to cover the collection of the A-frames in a timely way for the campus community.
Please note: When using Pershing Ave and Pacific Ave to lead guest to your event, 10 signs are usually required, if using one entrance, 5 signs are required to provide accurate directions
Option B ‐ Deluxe Package - Requesting placement and pickup of A-‐frames only
Under this option, the hosting department is responsible for the creation and printing of event/directional signs. Conference Services is responsible for placing signage on A-frames and placement of A-frames around campus prior to your event. Departments will be able to drop off printed signage at the DeRosa information desk 1 week prior to event for A-frame placement.
Cost for the service is $30.
Option C - All Inclusive Package
Under this option, Conference Services is responsible for creation and printing of event/directional signage. Conference Services will also handle placement and return of the A-frames. You need only tell us what you would like printed on the signs.
Cost for the service is $45, Plus $5/printed sign from Duplicating
