Each year, fraternities and sororities set aside a time of mutual selection to meet students interested in joining a Greek-Letter organization. It is an opportunity for interested students to ask questions and learn about the different chapters on campus. Recruitment provides students and organizations a chance to interact and to get to know one another. Pacific has three different Greek-governing councils - Panhellenic Council, Interfraternity Council, and the Multicultural Greek Council - each has different recruitment requirements.

Pacific is a deferred recruitment campus, meaning that in order to join a fraternity or sorority, a student must have completed a minimum of 12 units and have a 2.5 cumulative grade point average.

Any student interested in participating in recruitment must complete online registration.
