Karla Chavez-Silva, Graduate Coordinator, Heyborne Leadership Academy Karla Chavez-Silva is a graduate student at the University of the Pacific. She did all her undergrad at Pacific as well. Karla has been working in the Heyborne Program for two years now. Her first role was a cohort leader in which she was in charge of a cohort and their discussion. Now she is the graduate coordinator and helped develop the curriculum for Heyborne. |
Ed Doell, Communication Skills Ed Doell received advanced degrees at California State University, San Francisco with subsequent further research and study at the University of Arizona, Tucson and the University of California, Santa Cruz. A career college and university educator, Ed is focused on the Humanities, the Arts, and Communication skills. Ed received the Alpha Gamma Sigma award for teaching excellence. |

Dave Crafts, Director Student Leadership & Involvement Dave earned both his Bachelor of Science in psychology and Master of Education degrees from Grand Valley State University in Allendale, Michigan. He is currently pursuing his PhD in Organizational Leadership from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. |
