University Distinguished Faculty Award

According to the Faculty Handbook, the University Distinguished Faculty award is given for outstanding accomplishment by a tenured faculty member in any or all of the following areas: teaching, research, creative endeavors and service to the University. One award is made each year at University Convocation. The award includes an unrestricted monetary award. The University Awards Committee selects the recipient of the award.
