About the Office of the Provost

Maria Pallavicini is the Provost and Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs. The provost is the chief academic officer for the University of the Pacific and provides leadership and oversight for the Academic Division. Organizationally, the Academic Division is comprised of eleven Schools and Colleges, including the College of the Pacific (our liberal arts center and home to the School of International Studies), administrative offices which support the academic mission, and the University Libraries.
