Interview Skills

An interview is your chance to show an employer or graduate school selection committee that you are the right candidate for them.  Interviewers look for specific examples of experiences demonstrating you are a good fit for their position or program.  The CRC provides several resources that can help you improve your interview skills and practice how you communicate your professional qualifications.

Event Opportunities to Practice Skills

Meet Your Future Mock Interview Week : Students and alumni can receive individualized feedback on their interviewing skills from a variety of employers during "Meet Your Future" held every Spring semester at the Career Resource Center.

On-Campus Interviews: On-campus interviews are a convenient way for you to interview with prospective employers.  A number of high caliber organizations conduct on-campus interviews throughout the year, for full-time, part-time, and internship opportunities. To find out which organizations will be conducting on-campus interviews, to apply for opportunities, or to sign up for an interview, log into your Tiger Jobs account.
