Legal Counsel Review Standard Services Agreement

Whenever possible, it is the University's policy to use the Standard Services Agreement in executing contracts with third parties - whether individuals or companies.

Please contact your supervisor with questions or concerns. If it is appropriate and/or required per the policy provisions to get outside legal counsel on a particular contract, that request should be approved by your Division's Vice President or the Provost, or the Campus Administrators at the San Francisco or Sacramento campuses, who will forward it to the President's Office.

All contracts and grants requiring legal counsel review should be routed to the Office of the General Counsel, as follows:
