  • Permits will arrive in the mail in a plain white envelope with a return address of our Stockton Campus PacificCard Office.
  • The cost to replace a lost/ stolen parking permit is $25.00.  Replacement permits are purchased online. To purchase a replacment permit, contact the Department of Public Safety to report the permit lost/stolen and receive a code to purchase the replacement.
  • Parking permits remain the property of the University of the Pacific and must be surrendered to the Department of Public Safety or Human Resources upon request.
  • A parking permit does not guarantee a parking space, but allows parking if a space is available. Each vehicle operator is responsible for finding legal space in the parking area designated by the permit they possess. Lack of space is not a valid excuse for violating any parking regulation. Purchaser will obey all posted parking and traffic signs on campus at all times.
  • All motor vehicles are brought onto the University grounds at the owner's risk and the University undertakes no responsibility for their safety or security. The University is not responsible for loss or damage to property arising from bringing a motor vehicle onto any University grounds.
  • Permits will be displayed from the rear-view mirror or dashboard with the numbers facing the windshield while parked. Sun shields, ornaments or other items must not inhibit the visibility of the hang tag. Prior to placing vehicle in motion, the vehicle operator must remove the hang tag from the rear-view mirror so that the operator's field of view is unobstructed.
  • Faculty, staff and students may only purchase one annual parking permit per academic year.
  • You will be asked to enter at least 1 license plate number when purchasing a permit. Please have ready the license plate numbers of all vechicles you may drive to campus during the year. Updates to license plate numbers on file can be sent to pacificparking@pacific.edu throughout the year.
