Pacific Creates New Division of External Relations
Dear Members of the University Community;
Today, I am announcing an administrative reorganization that will allow the University to enhance its commitment to the community and to athletics. Dr. Ted Leland will become Vice President for the new division of External Relations. I have asked Ted to assume oversight of Intercollegiate Athletics in addition to continuing oversight of Pacific's alumni, community relations, government relations, and university events offices. The change is effective today.

I am confident that this change will allow Pacific to achieve its goals of planning strategic community engagement initiatives, enhancing its athletics programs, and launching critical future fundraising campaigns. Thank you for the work you do as we continue to build an ever greater university.
