Payment Options

University of the Pacific has partnered with Heartland ECSI to provide borrowers' billing statements and process payments to Student Loans or Student Notes. Borrowers are able to make payments online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There are fees associated with certain types of payment methods.

ECSI Online Payments 

Log in to your Heartland ECSI account.

One-Time Bank Account Withdrawal
Allows you to make an instant payment using a checking or savings account.

Recurring Bank Account Withdrawal
Allows you to schedule a payment to be withdrawn from a checking or savings account. Recurring payments can be processed on the 1st, 10th, 15th, or 20th day of the month. (Loan payment Due Dates for University of the Pacific is the 1st of each month.)

Credit/Debit Card Payments (One-Time or Recurring)
Heartland ECSI accepts MasterCard and Discover. (For VISA, only debit cards are accepted.)

International Payment (Only One-Time Payment)
Heartland ECSI utilizes PeerTransfer to process international payments. PeerTransfer converts the payment to U.S. funds and transfers the money from the borrower's bank to Heartland ECSI's bank.

We accept cash and check payments at the Student Loans Office located in West Memorial Finance Center, Stockton Campus.
