Read what our students have to say about their experience with the Livermore Shakespeare Festival:

"My participation was special because it was not just getting coffee for the director or folding programs, but I actually played a key role in putting on the show. This sort of experience greatly raised my confidence regarding my prospects in professional theatre."
-Chris Dewey

"Not only do you get to learn about "the business," but you have a blast doing it! The people that I met during my internship were such inspirations to me and I still keep in contact with many of them."
-Danielle Stephens

"Working at the Livermore Shakespeare Festival was an excellent experience. I was able to learn more about stage management and acting by collaborating with working professionals from the Bay Area. The experience really helped me improve."
-Alex Ruano

"I was given full freedom to create the character I wanted in a purely organic way. Outdoor theatre is an experience that rivets me. There is nothing like the communion experience one gets when doing Shakespeare in the open."
-Kyle Hall
