Pacific Transfer Admission Agreement (TAA)
A Transfer Admission Agreement (TAA) is a written formal agreement among the student, his/her California Community College (CCC) and University of the Pacific. A completed TAA outlines the courses you must complete and grade point average you must earn before transferring from a CCC. The TAA guarantees admission to University of the Pacific. The TAA is only an option for the fall semester of each year.
Pacific has five TAA forms; College of the Pacific, Eberhardt School of Business, Benerd College, School of Engineering and Computer Science and the School of International Studies.
The TAA form must be completed by JAN 15th of the year you plan to attend.
After the TAA is written, it must be signed by you, your counselor and a Pacific Representative. These signatures guarantee that you will be admitted to the University of the Pacific in the major specified, for the fall semester, provided you complete the terms of the agreement.
