Stockton native Natalia Gevara studied some of the darkest parts of world history during her time at University of the Pacific. However, the budding journalist has hope for the future and plans to continue using her words to spread kindness in the world.

Before pursuing vocal performance at the Conservatory of Music, Jorge Torrez was a choral soloist, choral music teacher, choreographer, and violinist. At Pacific, he became a professionally trained musician singing in a voice range which is quite rare.

I nspired by the history and architecture in her Bay Area neighborhood, Leah Classen '20 felt called to civil engineering. She now hopes to take the knowledge she gained at University of the Pacific to offer her engineering skills to people in need around the world.
