University of the Pacific community members continue to support one another and the community during the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The call came in from Kaiser Permanente–and it was urgent. The healthcare company was short on some medical supplies in the Central Valley at the onset of the coronavirus pandemic.

The Print to Protect Coalition is marshalling 3D printing capabilities in the San Joaquin Valley to help provide health care workers with much needed protective equipment during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

The university has established eight emergency funds to help Pacific students on all three campuses who are in need because of hardships caused by the coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis.
On-campus garden nourishes Pacific
The Ted and Chris Robb Garden has become an asset as the university deals with the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. The garden is open and is providing free produce to Pacific students. View more >
Pacific alumnus arranges musical tribute for students
Andrew Lu, a 2019 music education graduate and past Powell Scholar, along with fellow music educators in the Pleasanton School Unified District arranged a video, “ Jungle Dance | Pleasanton Virtual Music Teachers Ensemble,” to let students know that they are being missed while schools are shuttered.
