Make fitness easy during the holidays with the free LIFT app

Plenty of meals and treats make it easier to indulge during the holidays, but you can stay healthy and fit this season with the LIFT Session Virtual Fitness app available through Pacific’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

Being physically active and working out isn’t easy, especially when juggling work, family and holiday festivities, but this free app makes it easy to get active and reach your fitness goals. The LIFT Session Virtual Fitness app combines technology and interactions with live coaches to create a convenient solution to work out safely at maximum efficiency, achieve results faster and have fun.

Through automated fitness journeys, you’ll have access to customized sessions based on your fitness goals and current fitness levels. Your sessions include detailed workout programs with demo videos to guide you. You can also chat live online with fitness coaches who can help with any fitness, nutrition or recovery questions you have.

Each fitness session lasts 30 minutes, and the typical journey consists of three sessions per week for a total duration of six weeks. No equipment is required.

To give the app a try, visit the LIFT Session website and create an account using your Pacific employee email address. The app is available for iOS and Android mobile devices.

Please note: Personalized Journeys are free to EAP members, but there also is the option to purchase Live Group Training and Personal Training through the LIFT session. These additional services are not a part of the free services provided by the EAP.
