BS Mathematical Economics Four-Year Plan

A sample four-year curriculum is outlined below.  This schedule assumes that the diversity requirement will be met by one of the GE courses.  Beyond those fulfilled by the major requirements, there will be six more GEs the student will need to take, in addition to the three PACS courses.  These courses spaces are numbered simply GE 1-6.

Students pursuing the BS in mathematical economics often double major in Applied Math. However, minors or majors in other disciplines can be accommodated.  Thus, the schedule below includes spaces for courses in a minor (or they could accommodate a double major if the GE courses overlapped with the second major requirements.)  However, those spots can be filled by any other courses, as long as the breadth requirement is met and the student reaches the required 120 units. (The curriculum below provides 126 units.)
