Ana Argueta, Training Assistant at Learning and Development, supports the day-to-day learning operations, supports marketing, provides Bridge support, and customer service. Motivated by deadlines, she knows the importance of implementing plans and can be detailed oriented while also managing her time and prioritizing important tasks. Ana works well independently or with a team and brings her creativity and open-mindedness to her work.
Ana has served in various supportive roles and capacities at Pacific for the last 18 years, where she has completed several certificate programs including the Management Certificate through the Eberhardt School of Business Westgate Center for Leadership and Management Development. She was among the first to join and complete Pacific's Administrative Excellence (AE) Program and received her Professional Administrative Certificate of Excellence from the American Society of Administrative Professionals. Originally from Guatemala, Ana moved to Los Angeles with her family in her late teen years and completed a series of English as a Second Language and Business Administration course at a local community college. She is fluent in Spanish and a strong believer in building cultural competency; her mission is to ensure that with every single interaction, people feel highly valued.
