Leadership Essentials
This course integrates traditional and contemporary theories in the study of leadership. The focus will be upon applying theory to practical situations that produces the effective use of communication and leadership development skills. Specific areas of discussion will be delegation, facilitation, and responsibility. The course will be taught with experiential learning techniques so that students will explore the specifics of a particular topic as well as key points about their own strengths and weaknesses in leadership.
