Pacific Technology to perform routine maintenance on ServiceNow portal Aug. 3-4

In order to receive continued service support, Pacific Technology will perform required maintenance on the ServiceNow Management Portal from 6 p.m. Friday, Aug. 3, until 10 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 4. 

During this time, ServiceNow will be unavailable.

This upgrade will not affect any requests currently in the service queue. We apologize for any inconvenience.
