How Do I Access Web Conferencing
Pacific's Web Conferencing portal is at https://pacific.webex.com (faculty/staff) and https://pacificstudents.webex.com (students).
First Time Use
The first time you use Web Conferencing, you will be asked to download the Meeting Center Application. If you have ever attended a Web Conferencing meeting, you will most likely already have this application on your computer. You will also be prompted to download the Productivity Tools. Productivity tools integrates Web Conferencing functionality with your computer so you can schedule, start and join meetings from applications such as Outlook.
